CFV: New OpenJDK Updates Reviewer: Mario Torre

I hereby nominate Mario Torre [0] for the role of OpenJDK 8u Reviewer.

Mario already has reviewership in OpenJDK 7u & 8u, so it seems odd not
to have him doing similar work for 11u. He does also have a sizeable
number of OpenJDK commits, particularly in the AWT and graphics area [1].

Votes are due by 20h00 UTC on the 6th of August, 2019.

Only current OpenJDK Updates Reviewers [2] are eligible to vote on this
