jdk/jdk13 vs jdk-updates/jdk13u

Hi,

thanks Seán for doing the sync. I was also wondering why jdk13u was so much behind.

What I'm still wondering now is why jdk13u is already targeting 13.0.2? I mean, it's still quite some time to go for the October update and I thought it could still be targeting 13.0.1. At least I was under the impression that for the last update, 12.0.2, the jdk12u branch was open for pushes to 12.0.2 for a longer time. Maybe that's something Rob can answer as well when he's back.
