redhat-openjdk labels in JIRA

A bit late to the party :-), Google would also like to start tracking
bugs/RFEs with "google-interest" label (communicated with Jesper in
May) for the following two main purposes:

- Backports that we are interested in tracking
- Work for contributing into OpenJDK (most likely work would be done
by Google in this case)
