CFV: New JDK-Updates Committer: Gustavo Romero

I hereby nominate Gustavo Romero (gromero) to JDK Updates Committer.



Gustavo works for the Linux on Power team at IBM and has been a JDK committer for quite a while now.

He has contributed more than 30 changes to the OpenJDK which have also reached JDK Updates [3].

His work is mostly related to the IBM power platform, e.g. supporting hardware transactional memory and NUMA support.

As he's also working on backporting fixes to JDK Updates he should be a committer in that project, too.
