11u: Push of JDK-8210192 to jkd11u repository

Hi,

the backport for JDK-8210192 has been pushed to jdk11u. Looking at the fix request, I don't think it was explicitly targeted for 11.0.3, so it should have been gone to jk11u-dev (11.0.4).

Looking at the issue, I think it's simple and riskless enough to keep it and not taking some "repair" action such as backing it out. Andrew, do you concur?

In any case, we should try to avoid such pushes in the future.
