[11u] 8210803: Compilation failure in codeBlob.cpp for Windows 32-bit

Hi All,

I have another backport request for this fix in order to get windows 32-bit jdk11u build on Visual Studio 2017.

The patch itself applies cleanly and I’ve verified locally that it resolves the issue.
