[11u] Backport of fix for CDS and JVM-TI agent crash ?

Hi Ioi,

I'd like to ping you again on this one. What are your current plans on backporting https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8212200 and whatever needs to go with it? Ideally you still want to do it, but if not I'd appreciate if you could let us know.
