[12u] JDK-8218479 changeset?

Look at this bug:

JIRA mentions it has 12u backport that is "fixed in 12.0.2":

Yet, there are *no* relevant changesets in jdk-updates/jdk12u:

In fact, the backport applies well to jdk-updates/jdk12u and fixes the test! What gives?

Rob, any ideas what happened here?

There are other changesets like this. It seems that they are all in client-libs.
