[11u] RDR: backport JDK-8212677

Hello.

I got jdk11u-fix-yes for following bug ids:

JDK-8212677 X11 default visual support for IM status window on VNC [1]

Changeset 9b93a6b30cbe [2] can be applied.

But Copyright year was not changed by above changeset:
I create new patch for 11u
(I just changed Copyright year)
