Mystery meat OpenJDK builds strike again

AdoptOpenJDK is working with the Docker folks to find out who is providing
the 'official' openjdk builds there (we're also not sure who's currently
providing that openjdk). We're also in some longer-term discussions with
Debian folks about how they can better manage their builds (since they have
a build from source policy).
But yeah - it's really a concern for those two communities.
