[11u] RDR: backport JDK-8213232, JDK-8211826 and JDK-8212676

Hello.

I got jdk11u-fix-yes for following bug ids:

JDK-8213232 Unix/X11 setCompositionEnableNative issue [1]
JDK-8211826 StringIndexOutOfBoundsException happens via 
GetStringUTFRegion() [2]
JDK-8212676 AWT SystemColor setting on CDE [3]

For JDK-8212676, Copyright year was changed by JDK-8211300 [7]:
As of "When to do a review for a downported change?" [8] discussion,
