jdk11u-dev open for pushes for jdk-11.0.5

Hi,

Development of jdk-11.0.5 in jdk11u-dev is started. 
Tag 11.0.5+0 arrived there.

Jdk11u is in rampdown now. Fixes pushed to jdk11u
will be merged to jdk11u-dev with every new tag.
