Bug JDK-8224505

Hi Roger,

in jdk/jdk I can see a changelist for bug JDK-8224505 [0]. Unfortunately the bug is not visible. Any chance that can be changed?

We're seeing an issue in test serviceability/logging/TestQuotedLogOutputs.java in our CI on Windows for OpenJDK 11u since a few weeks (maybe after the October CPU changes merged in) and this changelist would fix them. So I'm about to do a backport to OpenJDK 11u - would be nice if I could get some context information and the bug could be unembargoed. If not, I guess I'll create another bug about "Backporting JDK-8224505" for 11u.
