[11u] RFR: 8229810: [macos] NullPointerException getting bounds of GraphicsConfiguration

Hi,

I would like to downport this for parity with 11.0.6-oracle.

I had to resolve src/java.desktop/macosx/classes/sun/awt/CGraphicsDevice.java.

In the context of a patch the variable 'configs' was renamed 'config'.
"8214076 Cleanup the code related to GraphicsEnvironment/Device/Configuration"
is missing in 11u.
