      * Copyright date
      * 3rd hook does not apply cleanly because 8213010 [2] is not in 11u.
    Manually applied the change without further conflicts.

    Testing:

     * jdk/sun/security/x509/X509CertImpl/ECSigParamsVerifyWithCert.java
      * Passes
