[13u Communication] 13.0.2 entering RDP2 soon

Hi folks,

Just a heads up that 13.0.2 will be in RDP2 after next week. (from the
21st) If you have outstanding changes it would be better to push them
sooner rather than later. Fix request justifications beyond that point
will endure significantly more scrutiny.
