JDK-8228466 : HarfBuzz 2.3.1 upgrade fails on AIX.... Is this fixed for jdk13 ?

Hi Andrew,

these fixes were specific to JDK12 (and probably lower releases). They only popped up due to the older compilers used with JDK12.

As for AIX: We (SAP) build JDK13 and newer with XlC/clang++ 16.1 For 12(and 11) we used(use) XlC 12.1.
As for Solaris: For JDK12 and higher the requirement is SolStudio 12u6. We only saw this problem and requested the fix because at SAP we've always built OpenJDK12 internally with SS12u4 since it always worked and we never changed the build environment.

Hi Christoph,
Do you know if this is fixed for jdk13? I sort of assumed when it was fixed in jdk12u that jdk & jdk13 had the fix? but we're seeing what looks like the same failure on jdk13 AIX.
