[13u, 11u] RFA: 8236996: Incorrect Roboto font rendering on Windows with subpixel antialiasing

Hi,

Just FYI, I was working on backporting JDK-8236996 to 13, 11 and 8 and 
added Fix Request labels for 13 and 11 to it:

https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8236996

I understand that separate approval emails are not necessary (patch 
applies cleanly), just this issue is currently not included into Oracle 
backports and may be overlooked because of that.
