[11u] RFR: 8250826: jhsdb does not work with coredump which comes from Substrate VM

Hi Christoph,

I think this issue will appear on Linux only because Mac does not use ELF.
Upstream change does not affect the behavior on Mac because the change for Mac is just adjust interface change.
