[15u Communication] jdk15u repo available

A belated note to announce the availibility of the JDK 15 Updates repo
at:

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk-updates/jdk15u/

Note: If you want to get changes in for 15.0.1 you should try to do it
within the next week or two. The repo will be closed to all but
showstoppers and P1's from September 1st.
