While it has jdk11u-fix-yes, there seem to be conflicting statements
being made. This thread says it doesn't apply cleanly hence this review
thread. The bug comment from 2020-07-08 says "Patch applies cleanly".
Which one is it? Assuming the former, we should get the review done
first before pushing.
