[11u] RFR: 8250598: Hyper-V is detected in spite of running on host OS

Hi Christoph,

JDK 11 is LTS version, so we might see hs_err logs which relates to this fix in production system. It is the reason why I want to backport it to 11.0.9 if possible.

OTOH it is not so critical and JDK 11 will enter rampdown, I understand that we have to be careful.
I will comply the timing when "jdk11u-fix-yes" is added to JBS.
