[11u] RFR: 8225072: Add LuxTrust certificate that is expiring in March 2021 to list of allowed but expired certs

Hi Severin,

thanks for doing this backport, it looks correct.

JDK-8243559 is planned by Oracle for the April update but we should only backport it once Oracle has done so, as well. So I agree, we need to now backport 8225072 with manual reshuffling and later on 8243559.

As the test is failing in 11.0.10 as well, since it is time based, and it is in tier1, please push to 11.0.10 (11u). I'll approve this immediately once you've tagged it...
