[11u notice]: jdk11u containing 11.0.10 is closed now

Hi,

The jdk11u repository is closed now for preparation of 
the embargoed security changes.

As there were no new changes in the past week, I will
not push another tag.  jdk-11.0.10+8 is the last tag.
