Issue with 13.0.2 release (was: [Updates Communication] 13.0.2 security patches pushed)

Hi Rob,

thanks for fixing the backport records to show 13u-open instead of 13.0.2. This seems correct now.

For 14u you should try to switch hgupdater on the open "jdk-updates/jdk14u" repository to 14u-open at the time when you don't plan to do merges into 14.0.2 anymore. Then we'd avoid such a situation.
