Help with downporting 8225019: Update JVMCI

Hi,

I am working on downporting 11.0.7-oracle fixes to OpenJDK
11.0.7.

I encountered "8225019: Update JVMCI" which is applying badly. 
It has lots of rejects. There are various places that are not
 trivial to resolve.

I don't have any background in JVMCI/AOT and SAP does
not use it (yet).
I would appreciate if someone with appropriate background
or interest could step up and bring this change to jdk11u-dev.
