[11u] RFR: 8237182: Update copyright header for shenandoah and epsilon files

Hi,

please review this backport of a copyright header only change that Oracle has done in 11.0.8. Since Shenandoah does not exist (yet?;-)) in 11u, it boils down to touching the epsilon files only. Those updates apply cleanly, though. Should Shenandoah ever be integrated into 11u we should commit with the copyright headers in the correct form right away.
