This is the second review in the set for JDK-8222074<https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8222074> which has previously been sent out for review. Even though it applies cleanly, I am sending it out for review as it will need to be applied alongside the backport for JDK-8222074.

This patch compiled without issue and passed all Tier1 Hotspot tests.
