I added the jdk11u-backport-request flag to the following bug:

https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8239819

It applies cleanly, with the sole exception of the copyright header in
XToolkit.c:

I don't think this requires a re-review, but I'll be happy to create a
