I hereby nominate Martin Balao [0] for the role of OpenJDK Updates Reviewer.

Martin has contributed a significant body of patches to OpenJDK [1] [2]
and already has reviewer status for 8u. He is also doing a lot of work
behind the scenes in the vulnerability group for our security updates,
which sadly can't be evidenced publicly. The keen-eyed amongst you may
have noticed that I've already listed him as reviewer on some security
patches, so it would be good to make this status official.

Votes are due by 21h00 UTC on the 4th of June, 2020.

Only current OpenJDK Updates Reviewers [3] are eligible to vote on this
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
list.

For Three-Vote Consensus voting instructions, see [4].
