[11u] RFR: 8255781: Bump patch update version for OpenJDK: jdk-11.0.9.1

Hi,

As decided in this mail thread, I'll bump the version of jdk-updates/jdk11u to 11.0.9.1.
I'll push this change and the fix latest on Wednesday, Nov 4th. I'll add corresponding tags, too.
