RFR: jdk11u Backport 8234393: [macos] printing ignores printer tray

Hi,
Please can I request a review of this webrev for the backport of
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8234393

The patch is the same as from the original jdk patch, apart from the
merge-conflict resolution.
I have successfully tested tier1 and tier2.
