This isn't a security fix, so it wouldn't be listed here. What you saw
were the 11.0.9+10 -> 11.0.9+11 changes.

The 11.0.9 release announcement will have the full changelog.

Anyway, JDK-8203281 got fixed in 11.0.9+1[1]. 11.0.9+11 is a later
build which has the fix and also the security update. You can test it
here with the just released build here:
