11.0.9 misses JDK-8250861

I've just created:

https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/937

However, I can also see, that this potential regression is already part of 11.0.5 and hence, I don't think it should go into an 11.0.9 respin, whether or not it is merged into head soon.
