[11u] RFR: 8248226: TestCloneAccessStressGCM fails with -XX:-ReduceBulkZeroing

Hi

I am downporting this for parity with 11.0.10-oracle.

I had to resolve due to different context.

In the original, no offset is passed to AllocateNode::Ideal_allocation()
