[11u] RFR (XS): 8243452: JFR: Could not create chunk in repository with over 200 recordings

Copyright dates had to be updated to 2020, and the second hunk for RepositoryChunk.java uses “name” instead of “filename” on line 82. The jtreg test attached to the issue passes, but was not included in the original patch, nor is it in jdk tip.
