I hereby nominate Kiran Ravikumar (kravikumar) to JDK Updates Project 
Committer.

Kiran is already a Committer in the JDK Project and has been working 
primarily in the core-libs areas of the JDK. He has contributed a range 
of fixes to the JDK Updates Project [0].

Votes are due by 15:00 GMT on April 23rd 2021.
