[jdk15u-dev] RFR: 8263846: Bad JNI lookup getFocusOwner in accessibility code on Mac OS X

I'd like to backport JDK-8263846 to jdk15u for parity with jdk11u.
The original patch applied cleanly.
It's reasonable to add the reference check before using it.
