[jdk15u-dev] RFR: 8258396: SIGILL in jdk.jfr.internal.PlatformRecorder.rotateDisk()

I'd like to backport JDK-8258396 to 15u for parity with 11u.
The patch applies cleanly.
Tested with tier1 and jdk/jfr tests.
