[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8238930: problem list compiler/c2/Test8004741.java

Please review the backport of this test exclusion (JDK-8238930). I see the test compiler/c2/Test8004741.java regularly failing in the GitHub Actions pipeline and the actual issue JDK-8235801 doesn't seem to be fixed yet.
