[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8225082: Remove IdenTrust certificate that is expiring in September 2021

Backport to match `11.0.13-oracle`. There is a conflict in `@bug` line in the test: the bug IDs are in different order. I took the liberty to change the order match the incoming patch, which would simplify future backports here.

Additional testing:
 - [x] `VerifyCACerts` test passes
