[11u] RFR: 8260378: [TESTBUG] DcmdMBeanTestCheckJni.java reports false positive

Hi,

Please review this 11u backport of JDK-8260378. This would be a follow-
up fix test-fix for JDK-8258836 which applies cleanly. The only
difference to the JDK head fix is the omission of the ProblemList-
zgc.txt hunk as the test for JDK-8258836 was never problem-listed in
JDK 11u. The intention would be to push JDK-8258836 and JDK-8260378
together (if approved, of course).
