[jdk13u-dev] Integrated: 8249176: jdk jtreg test security/infra/java/security/cert/CertPathValidator/certification/GlobalSignR6CA.java fails

I'd like to port this test-only fix to 13u, too. Patch applies clean. Test fails before the fix, pass after.
