[11u] RFR (XS): 8261753: Test java/lang/System/OsVersionTest.java still failing on BigSur patch versions after JDK-8253702

Hi Martin,

thanks for the review and the hint regarding copyright. I forgot that the SAP copyright line differs in format to the Oracle copyright. I'll fix that in a separate change (and backport accordingly).
