According to the Bylaws definition of Lazy Consensus [1], this is sufficient to approve the nomination.

Yuri will take over as lead maintainer when the existing maintainers step down at the end-of-support date for 15.0.2. In the interim, and in an effort to make the transition smoother, Yuri will be approving fix requests for 15.0.3 once we stop accepting requests for 15.0.2.
