I hereby nominate Richard Reingruber (rrich) [0] to JDK Updates
Committer.
Richard is Reviewer in the jdk project and a long time member of the 
SAP Java VM team as already described in [5].

He has downported a few changes to jdk11u[3] and also done
some reviews of downports[4].
It will help SAPs efforts to maintain 11u if Richard is a proper
member of the jdk-updates project.

Votes are due by 10h00 CET on Tuesday, the 19th of January, 2021.

Only current JDK Updates Committers (and above) [1] are eligible
to vote on this nomination.
