[11u] RFR 8257547: Handle multiple prereqs on the same line in deps files

can you please add these two lines to your commit message please:

8257547: Handle multiple prereqs on the same line in deps files
8256810: Incremental rebuild broken on Macosx

This will then take care that both backports get resolved (automatically).

I've approved both backports.
