[11u] RFR 8180837: SunPKCS11-NSS tests failing with CKR_ATTRIBUTE_READ_ONLY and CKR_MECHANISM_PARAM_INVALID

Hi,

I'd like to propose a 11u backport of JDK-8180837 [1].

Webrev.00:

jdk/jdk patch does not apply cleanly because of the following conflicts:

 * test/jdk/ProblemList.txt
  * The context in 11u is different because of the tests listed. I
manually removed the tests needed.

Testing: no regressions found in jdk/sun/security/pkcs11.

This patch affects tests only (fixing a bug) and risk is low.
