New JDK 11u maintainer: Goetz Lindenmaier

An announcement: Goetz Lindenmaier <goetz.lindenmaier at sap.com> is now
a maintainer of JDK 11u. He joins Severin in this role. Goetz has been
around for a long while and we all know him; he'll do a good job.

Christoph Langer, unfortunately for us, is moving to another role, but
he'll still be around to pass on his wisdom from time to time.
