New JDK 11u maintainer: Goetz Lindenmaier

yes, thanks for the announcement and the clarification, Andrew.

I'm definitely still around here but as I'm not sure how much of time I can spend on overseeing JDK11 updates in my new role, I'm delighted that Goetz is empowered to step in, making sure that backport processing continues to run smoothly.

I've updated https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/JDKUpdates/JDK11u to reflect that change.
